It’s my first pumpkin recipe of the season and this one is easy, delicious, healthy, and great for meal prep (thanks @onebalancelide for the inspiration)! It takes less than 10 minutes to make and you can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days. It’s the perfect meal or snack, depending on the “hangry” level! Happy Fall Y’all!🍂🤎💪🏻
INGREDIENTS
▫️ 2 – 3 T of chia seeds
▫️ 1/2 cup of @organicvalley milk (or milk of choice)
▫️ 1 T of @ameolifewellness Silver Solution
▫️ ½ cup pumpkin puree
▫️ ½ tsp @cliffamily honey
▫️ ¼ tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
▫️ Toppings of choice – I used raspberries
DIRECTIONS
➡️Mix everything together in a jar until well blended;
➡️Place in the fridge overnight;
➡️Mix again and ENJOY!
